29 CFR 1910.219(p)(6)(ii): Inspection were not made of belts, lacings, and fasteners and such equipment kept in good repair. On or about March 17, 2015, a conveyor powered by a General Purpose Vibratory Feeder (Model 6000.1, 15 AMPS/1750 RPMs) was used in the Final Product Assembly Area of Building #1 with a damaged conveyor belt. The belt had multiple tears and staples holding the seams together which were breaking apart. Employees were exposed to struck-by hazards.
