29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: On or about June 10, 2014 at 120 McArthur Road, Marble Hill, GA: Employees use hazardous chemicals including but not limited to, urethane hardener, wax/grease remover, acrylic urethane, clear coat, primer, paint thinners, styrene, and resin and employees were not provided with information and training on the specific hazards of the chemicals and their proper use, storage, and handling.
