29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2): Pull boxes, junction boxes, and fittings were not provided with covers approved for the purpose. On or about August 28, 2014, electrical panel boxes including but not limited to the following were not effectively closed, exposing employees to electrical shock hazards. Instance a: In the compressor room, Dryer cover, 230 volt panel cover was missing; Instance b: In the final assembly on column 17, 3 phase 240 volt panel outside cover was missing; Instance c: In the tank shop, 240 volt electrical panel cover was missing; Instance d: In the sheet metal shop, 240 volt electrical panel box the cover was missing.
