29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): Except as elsewhere required or permitted by Subpart S of Part 1910, live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by use of approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures or by any of the means identified in paragraphs (A), (B), (C), and (D) of 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): a) Just inside the door from the Rosser head conveyor there were live wires hanging out of a condulet approximately 8" off the floor. b) In the de barker coop there was a 480 volt control cabinet (Commander CDE) that had the cover off exposing live wiring contact points. c) In the electrical room for the chipper, wiring which tested live was not fully enclosed in an approved cabinet during the inspection on 7/23/2014.
