29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling. a). Jig Station- On or about and times prior to 20 February 2014, there were two 480-volt electrical receptacles that were not installed in accordance with the manufacturers specifications. The receptacles were not permanently mounted when used to energize a Miller Millermatic 252 welder and Hypertherm Powermax 1250 G3 Series plasma cutter, thus exposing employees to electrical hazards.
