29 CFR 1910.119(o)(1): The employer did not certify that they had evaluated comp liance with the provisions of 29 CFR 1910.119 at least every three years to veri fy that the procedures and practices developed under this standard were adequate and are being followed: a.BP-Husky Refining, LLC - Oregon, Ohio: On or about Se ptember 10, 2009, the employer did not certify that a statistically significant number of pressure vessel inspection records were reviewed during the 2009 compl iance audit to verify the vessel inspection procedures were adequate and being f ollowed. b.BP-Husky Refining, LLC - Oregon, Ohio: On or about September 10, 2009 , the employer did not certify that a statistically significant number of piping circuit inspection records during the 2009 compliance audit were reviewed to verify that the piping inspection procedures were adequate and being followed. c.BP-Husky Refining, LL C - Oregon, Ohio: On or about September 10, 2009, the employer did not certify t hat a statistically significant number of instrument control loops were reviewed during the 2009 compliance audit.
