29 CFR 1910.332(b)(2): Employees, who were not qualified persons, were not trained in and familiar with any electrically related safety practices not specifically addressed by 29 CFR 1910.331 through 29 CFR 1910.335, but which were necessary for their safety: On or about August 5th, 2024, employees engaged in commercial baking operations in the facility located at 4657 G Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68117 were exposed to electrical in that employees were accessing three electrical enclosures located on or near the red moline production line. The employees accessing these panels did not receive any electrical training from their employer and these electrical enclosures contained open buses, transformers energized circuits. Instances of failure include but are not limited to: a) Red Moline Guillotine Electrical Enclosure- 208v/20 AMP circuit. b) Red Proof Box Main Drive Electrical Enclosure - 480V/100 AMP circuit. c) Red Proof Box Controls Electrical Enclosure - 208V /20 AMP circuit.
