29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(i): Conductors entering cutout boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not protected from abrasions: a. HK Cooperative, Inc. dba J. H. Routh Packing Company located in Sandusky Ohio: On or about December 21, 2023, the employer did not ensure the energized electrical conductors exiting the loin boxing conveyor's control panel located in the cut department were protected from abrasions. The liquid tight conduit had been pulled away from its connector on the bottom of the panel exposing employees to electrical shock.
