29 CFR 1910.305(j)(2)(iv): A receptacle installed in a wet or damp location was not suitable for the location: On or about May 10, 2023, employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards in the following instances: 1) Next to the sink in the production floor there was an electrical receptacle (four outlet) that was not GFCI, this condition exposed employees to electrical shock hazards. 2) Next to the sink in the production floor where employees wash parts there was an electrical receptacle (two outlet) that was not GFCI, this condition exposed employees to electrical shock hazards.
