29 CFR 1917.156(b)(4)(i): Stored fuel containers were not located to minimize exposure to excessive temperatures and physical damage. a) Port of Wilmington, Maintenance Building 33/35 in Wilmington, DE 19801: On or about January 5, 2023, Fuel containers were stored next to the main entrance on the east side of the building, the maintenance bays, and the parts storage area in the warehouse where they were exposed to physical damage from vehicular traffic.
