29 CFR 1910.178(m)(1): Trucks shall not be driven up to anyone standing in front of a bench or other fixed object: a) At 4895 Old Louisville Road, Garden City, GA 31408 in Warehouses 1 and 2: On or about December 16, 2022, and times prior to, the employer exposed employees to struck-by, caught in between, and crushing hazards, in that employees are positioned between a moving powered industrial truck and the inside wall of a shipping container.
