29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1)(ii):Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards, based on the mechanical strength and durability, including, for parts designed to enclose and protect other equipment, the adequacy of the protection thus provided: a. 2nd Processing - On or about December 14, 2021, the conduit for the line 2 shrink heater was damaged with live conductors, exposing employees to an electrical hazard. b. Turkey kill - On or about March 24, 2022, the semirigid conduit on the turkey picker two was damaged and had an approximate gap of 2 inches, exposing employees to an electrical hazard. c. The Roof - On or about February 9, 2022, the rigid conduit on the roof was damaged, exposing employees to an electrical and fire hazard. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
