29 CFR 1910.157(g)(2): The educational program to familiarize employees with the general principles of fire extinguisher use and the hazards involved with incipient stage firefighting was not provided to all employees upon initial employment, and at least annually thereafter: Central Paper Stock, Inc. located at 6665 Jonas Place in Berkeley, MO 63134: The employer is failing to train employees in the use of fire extinguishers while exposed to fire hazards. The condition was most recently observed on or about 10/26/2021, when the employer failed to provide training to each employee who is expected to use a fire extinguisher.
