29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8):The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical. a) Warehouse Area - SDS Book: On or before 3/06/2020, employees were exposed to chemical hazards in that, the employer failed to place copies of the safety data sheets (SDS) for chemicals used in the dying and preservation of moss where they could be assessable to employees. Chemicals used at the facility include, but are not limited to; Propylene Glycol, Magnesium Chloride Flakes, Glycerine 99.7, and Propane.
