29 CFR 1910.1200(h): Employees were not provided effective information and training as specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1) and -2 on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard was introduced into their work area: The employer is failing to protect employees from chemical burn hazards. This violation was most recently documented at a worksite located at or near 1009 W M St., Hastings, Nebraska 68901 on July 24, 2018. The employer did not ensure that employees were provided with effective information and training in their work area at the time of their initial assignment with the hazards of ammonia.
