29 CFR 1910.219(p)(6)(ii): Inspections were not made of belts, lacings, and fasteners and such equipment was not kept in good repair: On or about August 28, 2018, on the production floor at the 6-can wrapping tray machine; employer did not inspect and repair conveyor belt. Employees were exposed to struck-by and caught-in hazards due to a broken rotating metal conveyor belt which was not kept in good repair; several pieces of the belt were broken off but was still being used.
