29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints or terminal screws: (a) On or about April 14, 2017, and times prior thereto at Roller Kiln Press M1BP, the flexible cord on the cord servicing the industrial fan was not connected to a device so that strain relief was provided exposing employees to electrical hazards; (b) On or about April 14, 2017, and times prior thereto at Roller Kiln Conveyor (north side of the conveyor system) the flexible cord serving the industrial fan was not connected to a device so that strain relief was provided exposing employees to electrical hazards; (c) On or about April 14, 2017, and times prior thereto at Roller Kiln Conveyor (south side of the conveyor system)the flexible cord servicing the industrial fan was not connected to a device so that strain relief was provided exposing employees to electrical hazards.
