29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(7): Stationary process containers were not labeled in accordance with paragraph 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6) nor were alternative methods in lieu of affixing labels to individual stationary process containers employed in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(7): a) Maintenance in Plant 1, on or about 1/14/16: A parts washer containing Simple Green used by maintenance employees for degreasing small parts did not contain a label with hazard warnings. b) Strip and Wash area, on or about 1/14/16: A dip tank containing Albrite into which employees lower railcar parts by hoist for the purpose of cleaning did not contain a label as to its identity and relevant hazard warnings. Abatement certification must be submitted for this item.
