29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(i): Conductors entering cutout boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not protected from abrasion, and openings through which conductors enter were not effectively closed: a/ At the Kieserling Line, a flexible cord entering a motor unit was subjected to abrasion due to the vibration caused by moving machine parts throughout the line. The opening through which this flexible cord entered was not effectively closed.
