29 CFR 1910.265(c)(5)(ii): Stairways were not provided with a standard handrail on at least one side or on any open side. On 5/27/15, employees are exposed to fall hazards greater than 4 feet at the Gang Saw operator booth as there was no railing provided on an open side of the stairs, a portion of the other side rails were missing and a mid rail for the existing rail was missing. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
