29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains that were seven (7) or less feet from the floor or platform were not enclosed: On or about March 17, 2015, In the Stamtec Press Area of Building #1, the 1/2 HP TPG Gear Motor (Model Mo400-523, RPMs 1450/1720) approximately 3-inches above the floor was missing its guard. This condition exposed employees to caught-in/caught-between hazards.
