29 CFR 1910.1026(l)(2)(i)(A): The employer did not provide appropriate information and training for all employees exposed to chromium (VI), in that employees could not demonstrate knowledge of the contents of the Chromium (VI) standard, 29 CFR 1910.1026: a) At 355 Paul Avenue in St. Louis, MO 63135 (Fabrication Area) - On or about 11/03/2016, a TIG welder sampled for 422 minutes had a TWA of 19.0 micrograms per cubic meter of air when non-sampled time was counted as zero exposure, and the employer failed to provide appropriate information and training for all employees exposed to chromium (VI), in that employees could not demonstrate knowledge of the contents of the Chromium (VI) standard, 29 CFR 1910.1026. b) At 355 Paul Avenue in St. Louis, MO 63135 (Fabrication Area) - On or about 11/03/2016, a MIG welder sampled for 475 minutes had a TWA of 7.3 micrograms per cubic meter of air when non-sampled time was counted as zero exposure, and the employer failed to provide appropriate information and training for all employees exposed to chromium (VI), in that employees could not demonstrate knowledge of the contents of the Chromium (VI) standard, 29 CFR 1910.1026.
