29 CFR 1910.1030(c)(2)(i)(C): The exposure determination did not include a list of all tasks and procedures or groups of closely related tasks and procedures in which occupational exposure occurs and that are performed by employees in job classifications listed in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.1030(c)(2)(i)(B): a) Throughout the facility, on or about 1/14/16: The exposure control plan developed on 9/27/2011 did not include tasks performed by employees that create occupational exposure to other potentially infectious materials (OPIM) in the form of needles such as during stripping of cars during railcar refurbishment. Abatement certification must be submitted for this item.
