29 CFR 1910.265(c)(5)(ii): Stairways were not provided with a standard handrail on at least one side or on any open side: (a) Mill Area: On or about October 21, 2015, and times prior, a fixed wooden stairway, 4 foot, 8 inches in height with 7 risers is used to gain access to the back of the mill near stacks of lumber. The stairway is not equipped with a handrail on the open side.
