29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): The employer did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they used. a. A&D Wood Products, Inc. located in Elida, Ohio: On or about September 5, 2014, the employer did not ensure safety data sheets were available in the workplace. Employees were exposed to substances such as propane, combustible wood dust, and carbon monoxide while performing work in the production area.
