29 CFR 1910.119(g)(3): The employer did not prepare a record which contained the identity of the employee, and the date of training was completed: (a) The employer did not document how utility system employees and other associated personnel were trained on the ammonia refrigeration process, the means used to verify that employees understood the process, and the date(s) that training was completed. Certification, and documentation/evidence of abatement is required. Certification of abatement is required by 29 CFR Part 1903 and is to be submitted within ten (10) calendar days after the abatement date.ment
