29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: On or about April 25, 2024, throughout the facility; employees were utilizing and working in proximity to power cords, extension cords, welding cords and other cables with strain relief damage, exposing employees to electrical shock hazards.
