29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in cabinets, boxes, and fittings shall be effectively closed. On or about January 11, 2017, in the casting department, the employees are mixing resin at the mixing station near the entrance to the mixing tanks where the 120-V electrical control panel was missing the knockout cover, exposing employees to hazards such as fire and electrical shock.
