29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: At 355 Paul Avenue in St. Louis, MO 63135 - On or about 11/03/2016, the employer failed to provide effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area, where employees were exposed to hazardous chemicals, such as, but not limited to, Stainless Steel Alloys, cancer causing welding fumes, lungs and organs; Aerosol spray S Series Aerosols, flammable liquid and vapor, cancer hazard to lungs and organs; Gray S360A extremely flammable, suspected of causing cancer; Orange S925A extremely flammable, suspected of causing cancer; Gloss Gray Pipe Coating S030043A extremely flammable, suspected of causing cancer; and, Butler Gray Primer, water-reducible alkyd enamel, flammable and corrosive.
