29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables shall be connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided that will prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: a. The flexible cord going into the core unwinder motor, on press lines C7007 and C7008, was not provided strain relief, thereby exposing employees to an electrical hazard. b. On press line C7008, the 3Z-11 trimmer was not provided strain relief, thereby exposing employees to an electrical hazard. c. On press line C7008, the Lanze gear box for the bump turn was not provided with strain relief, thereby exposing employees to an electrical hazard.
