29 CFR 1910.265(c)(5)(i): Stairways were not constructed in accordance with 1910.24: (a) Sawmill: On or about October 21, 2015, and times prior, employees use a stairway equipped with 7 risers that were not uniform in height and depth, in that the height of each riser measured 6 1/2 inches up to 9 inches and the depth of each riser measured 7 1/2 inches up to 12 inches.
