29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(iii): Special hand tools for placing and removing material(s) was not provided to permit easy handling of material without the operator placing a hand in the danger zone: A.) Warren Railcar Service, Inc. - On or about 8/19/15, employees were operating a Verson press brake without special hand tools to keep their hands out of the point of operation. The press brake was not guarded to prevent employees from hands entering the point of operation. The employees hands were within 3 inches of the point of operation when bending the smallest parts.
