29 CFR 1910.184(c)(6): Slings were not securely attached to their loads: The employer does not ensure slings are securely attached to their loads. This violation was observed on or about February 3, 2015, in the structures area at the facility, exposing employees to the hazard of falling loads. Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19, within (10) calendar days of the date of this citation, the employer must submit documentation describing the steps that is taking to ensure slings are securely attached to their loads.
