29 CFR 1910.1026(l)(1)(i)-(iii): The employer with employees assigned to workplaces where there was exposure to chromium (VI) did not comply with the requirements of the Hazard Communication Standard 29 CFR 1910.1200; did not address the hazards of chromium (VI) including cancer, eye irritation, and skin sensitization; did not include chromium (VI) in their Hazard Communication Program: WELDING AREA: On or about November 4, 2013, hexavalent chromium was not included in the Hazard Communication Program and employees who were required to conduct MIG, TIG, and arc stick welding of stainless steel were not provided with training pertaining to the health hazards associated with exposure to hexavalent chromium.
