29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: Line 3: Production Department - On or about June 27, 2018, and at times prior to, employees were exposed to hazards associated with the use of extension cords in lieu of permanent wiring. An extension cord was used to provide power to equipment including but not limited to phones, computers, and fans.
