29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure. Temporary wiring was used on the following equipment exposing employees to electrical hazards: a) A black extension cord used to energize a pedestal fan was plugged into a power strip that was plugged into a two-plug receptacle. b) The refrigerator cord was plugged into an extension cord that was plugged into a power strip. The power strip was plugged into a 2-plug receptacle.
