29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): At 355 Paul Avenue in St. Louis, MO 63135 - On or about 11/03/2016, the employer failed to develop and implement a written hazard communication program included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii), where employees were exposed to hazardous chemicals, such as, but not limited to, Stainless Steel Alloys, cancer causing welding fumes, lungs and organs; Aerosol spray S Series Aerosols, flammable liquid and vapor, cancer hazard to lungs and organs; Gray S360A extremely flammable, suspected of causing cancer; Orange S925A extremely flammable, suspected of causing cancer; Gloss Gray Pipe Coating S030043A extremely flammable, suspected of causing cancer; and, Butler Gray Primer, water-reducible alkyd enamel, flammable and corrosive.
