29 CFR 1910.119(o)(4): The employer did not determine and document an appropriat e response to each of the findings of the compliance audit required by 29 CFR 19 10.119(o)(1), and document that the deficiencies had been corrected: a)This violation was observed on or about 1/19/2010, where the employer did not ensure that appropriate corre ctive actions to the 03/12/07 and 12/14/09 compliance audits were documented. Th is exposed employees to fire, explosion and highly hazardous chemicals (HHC) due to uncorrected hazards. Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19(d), within 10 calendar days of the date of the citation, the employer must submit documentation showing that it is in compliance with the standard, including describing the steps it is tak ing to ensure that responses to compliance audit deficiencies have been properly documented in a timely manner. b)This violation was observed on or about 1/19/2 010, where the employer did not ensure that documentation indicated when/if the identified deficiencies to the 03/17/07, 2/24/09 and 12/14/09 compliance audits had been corrected. This exposed employees to fire, explosion and highly hazardous chemicals (HHC) due to ongoing hazards. Pur suant to 29 CFR 1903.19(d), within 10 calendar days of the date of the citation, the employer must submit documentation showing that it is in compliance with th e standard, including describing the steps it is taking to ensure that correctiv e actions to compliance audits have been accomplished and that the responses hav e been properly documented in a timely manner.
