29 CFR 1926.501(c)(3): The employer did not barricade the area to which objects could fall, did not prohibit employees from entering the barricaded area, and did not keep objects that could fall far enough away from the edge of a higher level so that the objects would not go over the edge if they were accidentally displaced. a) Old Lebanon Road, Welch Combined Elementary/Middle School, Dover AFB, DE 19902; on or about March 21, 2025, employees were exposed to struck by hazards when the area beneath the jack hammering and chipping operations of concrete was not barricaded to prevent employees from being struck by pieces of concrete falling to the ground.
