29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(ii): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof, which provide at least general information regarding the hazards of the chemicals. a) On or about March 13, 2024, and at times prior thereto, near Stamtec press #58 and against the wall; employee(s) were using a plastic bottle labeled drawing oil kerosene; one small bottle labeled Degreez-6, a larger bottle on the table labeled Degeez-6, small bottle labeled SVO1 Vanishing Oil while four other bottles did not have identifiable labeling on them while conducting metal stamping operations. b) On or about March 13, 2024, and at times prior thereto, next to the Minster punch press #60; employee(s) were using a plastic bottle labeled CAL COOL 74707/water while conducting metal stamping operations. c) On or about March 13, 2024, and at times prior thereto, on the Bliss punch press #191; employee(s) were using a plastic bottle labeledSVO1 Vanishing Oil while conducting metal stamping operations. d) On or about March 13, 2024, and at times prior thereto, on Stamtec punch press #33; employee(s) were using a plastic bottle labeled CAL COOL 74707/water while conducting metal stamping operations. e) On or about March 13, 2024, and at times prior thereto, on Stamtec punch press #34; employee(s) were using a plastic bottle labeled ChemStation 90082 Rust Remover while conducting metal stamping operations. f) On or about March 13, 2024, and at times prior thereto, on Stamtec punch press #32; employee(s) were using a plastic bottle labeled CAL COOL 74707/water, a larger container only labeled CAL COOL 74707/water and large bottle only labeled Degreez while conducting metal stamping operations.
