29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i): The employer did not compile a list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present using a product identifier that was referenced on the appropriate safety data sheet. a) Wheels America located at 777 W Providence Rd, Lansdowne, PA: On or about November 22, 2022, the employer did not develop a list of hazardous chemicals used/stored in the plant, potentially exposing employees to hazardous chemicals in the event of a leak, spill, exposure or fire. Employees used hazardous chemicals throughout the facility, including but not limited to the following: -Polyester resin, 1,3,5-tris(oxiranylmethyl)-1,3,5-triazine-2,4,6(1H,3H,5H)-trione, as contained in PPG PCT10107 Clear Polyester. -Aluminum Oxide, Titanium Dioxide, Silicon Dioxide, Iron Oxide, as contained in GNPGraystar Brown Aluminum Oxide. -2-butoxyethanol, as contained in PPG T494 Envirobase Thinner -Xylene, MAK, Toluene, Methyl Methacrylate, as contained in Tamco HC1000 Urethane Clear -1,2,4-trimethylbenzene, Ethyltoluene, 1,3,5-Trimethylbenzene, p-Ethyltoluene, Benzene, 1-ethyl-2-methyl-, Xylene, n-Propylbenzene, 1,2,3-Trimethylbenzene, Cumene, Ethylbenzene as contained in Tamco HR-397 Solvent. -etc.
