29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(i): Except as provided in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(7) and 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(8), the employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the information required by 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(1)(i) through 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(1)(v) a) Warehouse Area - Chemical Mixing and Dyeing Area - 55 gallon drum: On or before 03/06/2020, appropriate labels and/or hazard warnings were not placed on secondary container of hazardous chemicals. The employer did not ensure that chemicals used for dying and/or preservation including, but not limited to, Propylene Glycol, Glycerin 99.7, Sodium Hypochlorite, and Turquoise 8280 were properly labeled. b) Warehouse Area - Chemical Mixing and Dyeing Area - totes: On or before 03/06/2020, appropriate labels and/or hazard warnings were not placed on secondary container of hazardous chemicals.
