29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(ii): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with a stair rail system along each unprotected side or edge. (a) 205 Young Street: On or about April 24, 2017 and times prior, the stairway to the front entrance of the house, 7ft. 3in. above grade did not have a handrail on the open side. (b) 205 Young Street: On or about April 24, 2017 and times prior, the stairway leading to the basement, 7ft. from the basement floor did not have a handrail on the open side.
