29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(i): Conductors entering cutout boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed and protected from abrasions: (a) On or about April 14, 2017, and times prior thereto in the Maintenance Area, a conductor on the horizontal band saw entering through a fitting was not effectively closed exposing employees to electrical hazards; (b) On or about April 14, 2017, and times prior thereto in the Redside Production Area, a conductor entering through a fitting was not effectively closed exposing employeesto electrical hazards; (c) On or about April 14, 2017 and times prior thereto at Roller Kiln Igniter Plug #10, a conductor was not effectively closed exposing employees to electrical hazards; (d) On or about April 14, 2017, and times prior thereto at Roller Kiln Igniter Plug #16, a conductor was not effectively closed exposing employees to electrical hazards; (e) On or about April 14, 2017, and times prior thereto at Roller Kiln Igniter Plug #22, a conductor was not effectively closed exposing employees to electrical hazards; (f) On or about April 14, 2017, and times prior thereto at Roller Kiln Igniter Plug #26, a conductor was not effectively closed exposing employees to electrical hazards; (g) On or about April 14, 2017 and times prior thereto at Roller Kiln Igniter Plug #30, a conductor was not effectively closed exposing employees to electrical hazards; (h) On or about April 14, 2017, and times prior thereto the conductor of a Baldor bench grinder conduct was not effectively closed exposing employees to electrical hazards.
