29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using tight-fitting facepiece respirators were not fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator and at least annually thereafter: a) Throughout Facility - On or about 11/19/15, employee who were required to wear full-face air-purifying respirators while performing chop spraying and spray painting were no fit-tested prior to initial use of the respirator and annually thereafter. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATIN REQUIRED
