29 CFR 1910.333(a): Safety-related work practices were not employed to prevent electric shock or other injuries resulting from either direct or indirect electrical contacts, when work was performed near or on equipment or circuits which were or could be energized: (a) Camden Park: On or about June 25, 2015, and times prior, electrical safety work practices were not established for employees required to work on electrical equipment for the amusement park rides, such as replacing the 440 volt 3 phase main contact switch for the Big Dipper, replace safety switches for the Rattler, and repairing parts in components of the control panels for the Paratrooper and Bullseye. ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION IS REQUIRED FOR THIS ITEM
