29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: a) Bldg 22 AM/Linear Line Area; On or about March 5, 2015 and at times prior thereto the employer exposed employees to electrical hazards in that employees were allowed to walk and work around an electrical disconnect with open holes not effectively closed. b) Mill Work Area; On or about March 5, 2015 and at times prior thereto the employer exposed employees to electrical hazards in that employees were allowed to access a breaker panel with open breaker slots exposing live electrical parts in the panel.
