29 CFR 1926.701(b): All protruding reinforcing steel, onto and/or into which employees could fall or come against, was not guarded to eliminate the hazard of impalement: b. East side of subdivision entrance tower, On or about October 16, 2014, employees working from the work platform of the scaffold greater than 10 feet in height to the ground level below were exposed to impalement, when 4 rebar's, 29 inches in height were below the scaffold, while installing the cinder blocks to the wall.
