29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(D): Flexible cords were attached to building surfaces: On or about August 25th, 2024, employees engaged in commercial bakery production activates located at 4657 G Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68117 were exposed to electrical and fire hazards in that flexible cords were attached to building surfaces. Instances of failure include but are not limited to: a) Flexible cord installed over the main entry of the Roll-in room. b) Flexible cord installed on the wall behind the chemical storage area near the wash bay.
