29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: On or about August 25th, 2024, employees engaged in commercial bakery production activates located at 4657 G Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68117 were exposed to electrical and fire hazards in that flexible cords were used continuously in lieu of structural fixed wiring. Instances of failure include but are not limited to: a) Flexible cord installed over the main entry of the Roll-in room. b) Flexible cord installed on the wall behind the chemical storage area near the wash bay.
